FAMILY PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
We will be taking the photo in two different formats.
- First, we will take a photo in front of the Fellowship with those people who will physically be on the property. As usual, this “live” photo will be taken immediately following the Sunday morning meetings (approximately 12:00 p.m.).
- Immediately following the “live” photo, we will take a Zoom Family Photo (instructions and link-information below).
- Those who are participating via Zoom need to be logged in immediately after the conclusion of the Sunday meeting and be ready and waiting for instructions. Both photos need to be completed before the call for zuhr prayer at approximately 12:48 p.m. Because of the time restriction, we will not be able to wait for people who log in late.
We think we can show approximately 25-30 faces at a time in the Zoom meeting gallery view. We will take a screenshot and then scroll to the next screen and take another screenshot and so on until we have recorded everyone. Michael Pessolano will instruct us during this part of the Zoom session.
In shā’Allāh, the final product will be the “live” photo surrounded by the individual Zoom screenshots – similar to the prior three years.

When you are on Zoom, please try to do the following:
1. Have your video ON, but please MUTE your audio so everyone can clearly hear the instructions without the distraction of cross-conversations.
2. Make sure your face is properly lit from the front by looking at your computer screen to see if there is sufficient light to illuminate the details of your face.
3. Try to have your face fill as much of the screen as possible and limit the number of people who are sitting with you on your Zoom session to just two or three so we can see you.
4. If you want to change or enter the names of the people you are with: click on “Participant” at the bottom of your screen. A dialogue box will open on the right-hand side of the screen. Click on your name. Click on “More.” Select “Rename.”
5. SMILE!
